FIRST APPOINTMENT
During your first appointment, we'll have an in-depth consultation and hand-pick the best extensions that suit your needs.
We have hair in stock, but sometimes we custom-order the extensions. We'll install and blend the extensions for you. Expect that first appointment to last between 3-4 hours to create the extension transformation of your dreams!
HAIR EXTENSION OPTIONS
I am certified in multiple methods. One method won't always be perfect in every situation. I like to cocktail methods when necessary to ensure the best possible blend.
INVESTMENT
To move forward a non-refundable retainer is due after our consultation. At your install appointment, you will pay the remaining balance. All cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours' notice or a 50% fee will be charged before a new appointment is made.

Do you use human hair?Yes, we use 100% human remy hair for every installation.

How much do hand-tied hair extensions cost?At Olive Bridal Hair, we are committed to making sure that you are a great candidate for our extension experience. Every guest's starting and ending point is different, and we want to design a quote that is custom to your specific goals. How many rows and wefts you need depends on where you are and where you want to go. Can I wear my hair in a ponytail?Absolutely. Actually, there's pretty much no way you can't style your hand-tied hair extensions. Low ponys, top knots, braids, messy buns, half-up styles... we encourage it all!

Can I work out or go swimming with my hand-tied hair extensions?You sure can. If you're going to be highly active or swimming, we suggest a loose braid or ponytail to prevent any tangling. Don't worry, we'll provide you with all the aftercare information you'll need to take care of your extensions.

What are hand-tied hair extensions?Hand-tied hair extensions are wefts of hair that are tied to a string by a human instead of a machine. This prevents bulkiness at the scalp to ensure that your hair lays flat against your head with the ultimate flexibility.

Will it take me longer to style my hair?Yes and no. Let's be honest here. In most cases, you're likely doubling or tripling the amount of hair on your head. We can't deny that it would take longer to dry or style that. BUT your extensions will hold their style FOR DAYS. Most of our extension clients have been able to reduce the amount of times they wash and style their hair per week. Your morning routine will be a breeze when you only have to touch-up a few pieces of hair.

How are these attached to my head?We use multiple methods that are attached multiple ways. We can attach the hair with beads and string, tape in tabs as well as keratin bonds. That's it. Crystal has trained with multiple brands all over the country over the years. She can help narrow down a specific method of installation that will best suit your needs.

How long does my hair have to be?For most guests, we want to see hair longer than your chin, but it really depends on what your goals are. At a minimum, your shortest layer must be to your chin bone in the front and the occipital bone in the back to make sure your wefts don't show.

How many rows will I need?That looks different for everyone, but generally, you can expect to add one row for fullness, two rows for fullness and a few inches of length, and three rows for anyone with extremely blunt or thick hair looking to add a lot of length.

Will my extensions be noticeable?Nope. At Olive Bridal Hair, we create a completely seamless blend between your natural hair and the extension hair (that's why we custom color your hair & extensions). We've been trained to strategically conceal all beads so no one ever knows you're wearing extensions, even when it's pulled up.

How often do these extensions have to be maintenanced?We recommend having your extensions moved up every six to eight weeks to protect the integrity of your scalp.
